Blacklist delle chiavi danneggiata".</p><p>Il messaggio "La blacklist dei file chiave è danneggiata" viene mostrato nella finestra Gestione delle licenze. Potrete aprire la finestra Gestione delle licenze cliccando sul collegamento Licenza nella parte inferiore della finestra principale dell'applicazione.</p><p>Per risolvere il problema dovrete eseguire le seguenti operazioni:</p><p>* disabilitare l'Auto-Fidesa dell'applicazione<br />* eliminare il file blst2-0607g.xml. Il file di solito si trova memorizzato nella cartella:<br />o C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Dati Applicazioni\Kaspersky Lab\AVP9\Bases (per Windows XP)<br />o C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP9\Bases (per Windows Vista/7)<br />* aprire la finestra principale dell'applicazione<br />* nella parte sinistra della finestra cliccare il tab Aggiornamenti<br />* nella parte destra della finestra cliccare Avvia aggiornamento</p><p>*<br />chiudere l'applicazione. Per farlo dovrete cliccare con il tasto destro del mouse sull'icona di Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 nell'angolo in basso a destra dello schermo e selezionare Esci.<br />*<br />eseguire nuovamente l'applicazione (Start - Tutti i programmi - Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 - Kaspersky Internet Security 2010)<br />*<br />abilitare l'Auto-Difesa dell'applicazione</p><p>Se le operazioni sopra descritte non vi hanno aiutato, eseguire le seguenti:</p><p>*<br />cliccare il bottone Start<br />*<br />andare su Tutti i programmi<br />*<br />trovare e selezionare Kaspersky Internet Security 2010<br />*<br />selezionare Modifica, Ripara o rimuovi<br />*<br />una volta lanciato il programma selezionare Ripara<br />*<br />attendere finchè la procedura non è terminata<br />*<br />riavviare il computer</p><p>Se le raccomandazioni sopra citate non vi hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema dovrete reinstallare Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. Per farlo dovrete disinstallare l'applicazione e successivamente reinstallarla.</p><p>Se l'errore si ripete dovrete inviare una richiesta al Supporto Tecnico di Kaspersky Lab attraverso la pagina web del Supporto Tecnico.
